Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the DrivePro GPS platform by dealership customers and their authorized users. By using the platform you agree to these Terms on behalf of the dealership you represent.

Dealerships are responsible for the actions of their users, for keeping credentials confidential, and for promptly deactivating users who leave the organization. Role-based permissions are configured in the Admin console.

The platform may be used only for lawful fleet, inventory and loaner management purposes. Tracking of individuals without a lawful basis, and any use that violates applicable location-privacy or consumer-protection law, is prohibited.

Device availability, ping frequency and battery life depend on installation quality, vehicle condition and network coverage. Reported positions are estimates and should not be the sole basis for recovery or legal action.

Fees are set out in the applicable order form. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of notice. Upon termination, dealership data export is available for thirty (30) days.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This document is placeholder copy and must be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
