1. Who we are

DrivePro GPS ("DrivePro", "we", "us") provides vehicle tracking and fleet management services to automotive dealerships. This policy explains what information we collect through the DrivePro platform, why we collect it, and the choices available to dealership users and vehicle owners.

2. Information we collect

Account information such as name, work email address, role, and rooftop assignment; device and vehicle telemetry including GPS position, battery level, movement events and geofence activity; and usage information about how the platform is accessed, such as log data and browser type.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to operate the tracking service, display live vehicle positions and alerts, generate reports requested by the dealership, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Location data and consumer vehicles

Where a device remains active on a vehicle after retail sale, the dealership is responsible for providing required disclosures to the purchaser and for deactivating or transferring the device in line with applicable law and the purchase agreement.

5. Retention and security

Telemetry is retained for the period configured by the dealership account, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of location data.

6. Your choices and contact

Dealership administrators can manage user access and data retention from the Admin console. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@drivepro.example. This document is placeholder copy and must be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
